What We Do
Most AI work stalls between strategy and reality. Pilots do not reach production, governance lags the technology, and internal teams are left to figure out the operating model on their own. Founder
The Thinking Company was founded by Bartek Pucek, Founder & CEO. He created the AI Manager and AI Enterprise transformation programs, whose participants include more than 1,000 leading Polish companies and their leaders. He is an angel investor in 20+ AI companies, including ElevenLabs, and a board member. He is a Stanford GSB and INSEAD IDP alumnus.
